Full 1-2-1 course

In your own home - £200 / Online - £175
Approx. 8 hours (typically split into 3 or 4 weekly sessions - flexible to suit you).

Essentials/Refresher 1-2-1 course
​
The 'essential' aspects of hypnobirthing to benefit your birth.
​
Perfect as a refresher if you've done hypnobirthing before or perhaps you don't have the time or budget for the full course.
​
In your own home -£75 / Online - £60
3 hours either in one session or split to suit you.

Power hour
​
One hour to pick my brain and discuss any aspect of birth/hypnobirthing you'd like to.

Online - £20
