As your doula, I offer compassionate, non-judgmental support at every stage of your journey into parenthood. I’m here to listen, honour your choices, and hold space in whatever way you need—without telling you what to do.

​A birth doula provides emotional, informational, and physical support throughout pregnancy and labor, ensuring continuity of care. Whether it's helping you create a birth plan, guiding you through comfort techniques during labour, or simply supporting your choices, my role is to empower and reassure you. I will be there, wherever you choose to give birth—whether that’s at home, in the hospital, or at a birth center.​

​A postnatal doula supports you through the 'fourth trimester'—the transition into life with your new baby. From feeding support and newborn care to ensuring you’ve had time for a shower and a hot meal, my focus is on nurturing you while you nurture your baby.
