Where ever you're planning to birth and whether your path is straight forward or has a few twists, you deserve someone in your corner. Someone who sees you, trusts you and never tells you what you "should" do.

Birth unfolds best when you feel safe, undisturbed and confident in your body's ability to birth. That's what we'll build together. We'll explore your options, talk through you preferences and prepare in a way that strengthens your trust in your instincts, so the decisions you make feel like yours.

When labour begins, you'll have:

A calm, constant presence beside you the whole way, there when you need me for practical or emotional support
Practical comfort to keep you steady, from positions and massage, to a hand hold
Someone to speak up for you if you and your birth partner are focussed on you and your baby
Reassurance when you need it most, so you both feel supported every step of the way

My support doesn't end once your baby arrives. The early days of motherhood deserve just as much care and attention. As you settle into life with your new baby, I will continue to support and nurture you, whether that's through feeding support, emotional encouragement, or simply making sure you've had time for a shower, a hot meal, or a moment to rest. By caring for you, I help create the space for you to care for your baby with confidence.

Service Area

I provide in person support in Burntwood, Lichfield, Rugeley, Cannock, Walsall, Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield, and nearby areas (generally within 45 minutes of Burntwood). The hospitals I cover include: Good Hope, Burton, Walsall Manor & New Cross. If you're unsure whether I cover your location, or you're slightly further a field then please get in touch to check if I can support you.

Virtually, I can support you no matter where you live or if you're local you can have a mix of both virtual and in person support. See my virtual services here.

Essential In person Doula Package

The 'essentials' for complete continuity of care and in person support before, during, and after your birth. Ideal for families who have had antenatal support during previous pregnancies or are booking in the third trimester.

This package includes:

2 antenatal sessions (approx 2 hours each). These can be used to discuss your options, antenatal education, hypnobirthing essentials, tools and techniques to use during labour and postpartum planning.
Access to an online client area full of resources included (hypnobirthing handbook, relaxation MP3s, templates etc.)
Continuous phone and message support from 28 weeks to 2 weeks after birth (replies between 9am-5pm)
On-call for birth from 39 weeks to 42 weeks
Continuous in-person support during labour whether you're at home, in hospital or in a birth centre
Immediate support after birth including a tidy up of your birth space if you've had a home birth until you're ready for me to go
Option to add on birth pool hire - see more here

Full In Person Doula Package

The 'full' package for complete continuity of care and in person support before, during, and after your birth. This also include hypnobirthing so you can learn how to build a positive mindset around birth along with helpful techniques to stay calm during pregnancy and in labour. This package is perfect for first time parents who want the in depth antenatal support.

This package includes:

4 antenatal & hypnobirthing sessions (approx 2 hours each). These will include the full hypnobirthing and antenatal course, tools and techniques to use during labour, birth partner prep and postpartum planning.
Access to an online client area full of resources included (hypnobirthing handbook, relaxation MP3s, templates etc.)
Continuous phone and message support from booking to 2 weeks after birth (replies between 9am-5pm)
On-call for birth from 10 days before due date to 42 weeks
Continuous in-person support during labour whether you're at home, in hospital or in a birth centre
Immediate support after birth including a tidy up of your birth space if you've had a home birth until you're ready for me to go
1 x 2 hour postnatal visits within the first 6 weeks. These can be used for a birth debrief, feeding support, baby wearing support, emotional support or just a listening ear. Also includes light house hold duties, meal preparation, help with older siblings and help with baby while you rest/shower.

Ultimate In Person Doula Package

The 'ultimate' package includes everything the 'full package' does but with extra antenatal sessions to really dive deep with your birth prep and with a postnatal package included so you can be sure you're being looked after to allow yourself the time and space to heal gently after birth. Perfect for first time parents, if you're planning a home birth/free birth or if you just want that extra bit of support.

This package includes:

5 antenatal & hypnobirthing sessions (approx 2 hours each). These will include the full hypnobirthing and antenatal course, tools and techniques to use during labour, birth partner prep and postpartum planning but with even more time to make your birth prep bespoke to you.
Access to an online client area full of resources included (hypnobirthing handbook, relaxation MP3s, templates etc.)
Continuous phone and message support from booking to 6 weeks after birth (replies between 9am-5pm)
On-call for birth from 10 days before due date to 42 weeks
Continuous in-person support during labour whether you're at home, in hospital or in a birth centre
Immediate support after birth including a tidy up of your birth space if you've had a home birth until you're ready for me to go
4 x 2 hour postnatal visits within the first 6 weeks. These can be used for a birth debrief, feeding support, baby wearing support, emotional support or just a listening ear. Also includes light house hold duties, meal preparation, help with older siblings and help with baby while you rest/shower.

Postnatal Doula Package

Gentle, nurturing support to help you settle into life with your baby.

Welcoming a new baby is an exciting time but it can also be overwhelming and exhausting. As your post natal doula, I will provide calm and compassionate support during those first weeks and months after birth - helping you and your family adjust with confidence. This is different for every family but it may look like emotional reassurance, practical help around the home, support with feeding or baby wearing or simply a listening ear. I'm here to nurture you, as you nurture your baby.

This package includes:

1 x antenatal session in person or virtually (1 hour) to get to know each other and discuss your postnatal support
A minimum of 10 hours of in-home support (bookable in 2/2.5 hour sessions)
Phone and message support in between visits, from birth to the end of our sessions.
Postnatal support can include: a birth debrief; emotional check ins and a listening ear, feeding support and newborn care guidance; baby wearing support and use of my slings; light household help (meals, laundry, holding baby while you rest/shower); signposting to local services if needed

Investment: Starting at £400 for 10 hours (Additional hours can be added)
