All the care and continuity of a doula, without an extra person in your space. With virtual doula support, you get the same trusted, continuity of care before, during and after your birth, from the comfort of your own home, wherever you live.
Whether you're planning a home birth, midwifery led or hospital birth, you'll feel supported, informed and never alone.
Some people feel safest with just their birth partner and their own space around them. Virtual support lets you have that, with me only a call or a message away.
When labour begins, you'll have:

A calm, constant presence on the end of the phone, whether it's a message, voice note, phone call or video call.

Practical guidance to keep you steady whether you need help with comfort measures or a birth partner needs help supporting you

Someone to help you talk through decisions and ensure you and your partner are feeling heard

Reassurance when you need it most, so you both feel supported every step of the way
As you settle into life with your new baby, I'll be just a message away for feeding support, reassurance or simply someone who understands.

Virtual Antenatal Support
A doula in your pocket through pregnancy and the first couple of weeks postpartum.
This package includes:

8 hours of virtual antenatal sessions - this is the full hypnobirthing & antenatal course to ensure you're feeling confident for birth with lots of tools and techniques to use during pregnancy and labour

Access to an online client area full of resources included (hypnobirthing handbook, relaxation MP3s, templates etc.)

Continuous phone and message support from the start of the antenatal sessions to 2 weeks after birth (replies between 9am-5pm)

This package does not include on call support for labour

Virtual Birth Doula Package
All of the benefits of continuity of care before, during, and after your birth but without an extra person in your space. This can be customised to suit you - get in touch to discuss what will work for you.
This package includes:

4 hours of virtual antenatal sessions these can be used to discuss your options, antenatal education, hypnobirthing, tools and techniques to use during labour and postpartum planning

Access to an online client area full of resources included (hypnobirthing handbook, relaxation MP3s, templates etc.)

Continuous phone and message support from 28 weeks to 6 weeks after birth (replies between 9am-5pm)

On-call availability 24/7 from 10 days before due date to 42 weeks

Continuous virtual support during labour and birth for as long as you need me

1 hour postnatal session within the first 6 weeks for a birth debrief, feeding support or for anything else you need.
